Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund policy.

We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Item received is damaged

  • Wrong item delivered

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind

To request a refund, email us with proof (photos/videos).

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
